exclusively to a separate agreement between 2 identified parties, whereby seller can be only one of our Federal-Mogul
entities as mentioned on the back cover page.

technisch ausgebildeten und versierten Fachmann, die von ihm im jeweiligen Anwendungsfall auf ihre Eignung geprüft und
entschieden werden müssen. Eine Haftung wird von Federal-Mogul für Anwendungsentscheidungen nicht übernommen.
Die Inhalte dieses Katalogs sind nicht dazu bestimmt eine vertragliche Verpflichtung zu begründen oder zu ersetzen, was
ausschliesslich einer gesonderten Vereinbarung zwischen 2 konkret bezeichneten Parteien vorbehalten bleibt, wobei der
