Auto Parts / The e-ABS is an electronically-controlled pneumatic brake system for towed vehicles used to prevent the wheels from locking during the
braking, keeping an optimal stability on the vehicle and reducing the braking distance.
The e-ABS is an ABS brake system for commercial trailers and semitrailers. The system comprises a wide range of vehicles with
configurations from 2Sensor/2Modulator up to 4Sensor/2Modulator.
Due to the experience of the electronic department of Cojali, the e-ABS offers an extremely robust and compact design. The e-ABS control
algorithm has been optimized to offer safe braking in all conditions. In addition, two configurable digital outputs and two configurable
analogue inputs provide unique characteristics and versatility to this electronic braking system.
Together with Jaltest diagnosis tool, the e-ABS system performs electronic diagnosis and other powerful interactions like component
actuation or data communication. All this is implemented using CAN bus.
